Peter is an experienced, senior executive with a global track record across manufacturing, technology and consulting businesses. As Adviser to the Chairman of All Interests Aligned, his key responsibilities are working with the founding investors on strategic projects.
Peter has led businesses through growth, change, and international expansion, as CEO of Dura-Line, a global industrial organization and Managing Director, Cisco Systems Central Europe. These roles gave him firsthand insight into the challenges operators face – from building teams and serving customers, to meeting performance expectations. He has also worked closely with business owners and investors, giving him a strong grasp of the decisions and trade-offs that come with succession or a sale. Earlier in his career, Peter was a consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Peter holds an MBA and Management of Technology degree from University of California, Berkeley, at the Haas School of Business.
