Charles is a commercial operator with over a decade experience of investing and operating SME businesses. As Head of Value Creation & Investor Relations at AIA, his focus is to support CEOs with overall company management, EBITDA growth and transparency to shareholders.

Prior to AIA, Charles was the right-hand-man to Touker Suleyman (Dragons’ Den), managing his investment portfolio of +30 companies across numerous industries. In addition, Charles has a proven entrepreneurial track-record of founding and scaling SMEs from zero revenue to multi-million net profit. His hands-on experience of international expansion, commercial strategies, and P&L/Cash-Flow management is a great foundation to support the portfolio of investments at AIA.
