Frankie is a British citizen with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors across the value chain of energy and infrastructure.

Having worked in trading, private equity, banks and utility companies in several countries – including the UK, Spain, Italy and France – he speaks fluent French, Italian and Spanish, as well as conversational Dutch.

Career highlights include his appointment in 2023 as CEO of Dimeta B.V. – a joint venture set up by two large energy corporates to advance the use of sustainable liquid gases in the offgrid energy sector. The JV was recognised as one of the hottest 50 companies in the bioeconomy in 2023 & 2024, thanks to its global scale work covering advocacy, technical acceptance and production scalability.
